Maham Malik
I am currently studying medicine at the University of Manchester. I enjoy medicine because it combines my love for Chemistry, Biology, and even Maths together into a subject that has countless real-world applications, which is my favourite part of any science. I find that being able to apply what we learn in a classroom aids learning further and makes the whole process much more gratifying. In my free time, I love running, reading, and volunteering for children’s rights.
Arya Jahangiri
I am a computer science graduate from the University of Manchester. I love computing and mathematics, because they promote an empirical understanding of common problems in the world, and provide the tools for creatively finding logical solutions to those problems. The freedom to explore the world like this with the appropriate tools and, more importantly, mindset is invaluable in my opinion. I also have a great appreciation for the natural sciences and economics for the same reasons. In my spare time, I like to spend meaningful time with friends, read, exercise, watch movies, and play games.
